The Challenges in Managing Multiple Platforms

Hoar Construction has two primary Common Data Environments (CDE) they use on projects – Procore and Microsoft 365 (M365) which includes SharePoint, Outlook and Teams. Administrative and non-build specific documents are created and stored in SharePoint, while construction documents live inside Procore.  Access to specific libraries in SharePoint needs to be securely governed, and documents in both systems need to be easily located and accessed – in the single context of the project.
