ProjectReady Expands WorkBridge Bluebeam Integration to Microsoft SharePoint

Project teams can now bring SharePoint content directly into Bluebeam sessions and then send it back to SharePoint automatically, with no downloads, no re-uploads, and a full audit trail.
Bluebeam’s existing SharePoint integration lets users open PDFs in Revu directly from SharePoint, which works well for individual editing. Running a team review in a Bluebeam Studio Session is a different process. Depending on the setup, it has typically meant downloading and uploading files by hand or importing copies into the session. Either way, marked-up files have to be moved back to SharePoint manually, with nothing keeping the source from changing mid-review. Each handoff adds time and opens the door to misplaced files and undocumented reviews.
With WorkBridge, teams select documents or drawings from SharePoint (or Autodesk Forma and Procore), invite team members, and WorkBridge creates and loads the Bluebeam Studio Session automatically. Files can be locked in SharePoint while markup is underway, so the team reviews the same version from start to finish. Once the session is finalized, marked-up files return to their exact SharePoint location, or they can be transferred to connected platforms and teams in Autodesk Forma and Procore.

- Maintain a complete, time-stamped audit trail for each session, from document send to file delivery
