ProjectReady with Topcon Solutions – Introduces the First Integration Connecting HCSS Estimates to Autodesk BuildingConnected Bids Through WorkBridge
White Plains, NY, [February, 2026] – ProjectReady, a leading provider of collaborative project information management software for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, in collaboration with Topcon Solutions, a trusted provider of digital construction, positioning, and geospatial solutions, today announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind integration connecting HCSS and BuildingConnected®, a centralized bid management and qualification solution, through ProjectReady’s WorkBridge platform.
The integration enables automated flow of estimate data from HCSS directly into BuildingConnected—allowing AEC teams to move seamlessly from estimate to bid while eliminating manual processes and long-standing preconstruction data silos.
HCSS is widely adopted across the heavy civil construction market for detailed estimating, while BuildingConnected is a leading platform for bid management, subcontractor communication, and bid comparison. Until now, contractors using both systems have relied on manual re-keying to issue bids based on completed estimates.
With the ProjectReady WorkBridge integration, teams can push quote folders and quote line items from HCSS directly into BuildingConnected—mapping them to bid packages and bid package line items to update the bid. This creates a clear, efficient handoff between estimating and bidding without duplication or data loss.
What the Integration Delivers
The BuildingConnected–HCSS integration allows contractors to:
- Push HCSS quote folders and quote line items directly into BuildingConnected bids
- Eliminate duplicate data entry and manual re-keying
- Improve accuracy, consistency, and auditability of preconstruction data
- Accelerate the transition from estimate to bid to execution
ProjectReady WorkBridge ensures teams are working with complete, accurate estimate data as it moves into the bid phase—improving collaboration and confidence across preconstruction teams.
Built on the ProjectReady WorkBridge Integration Platform
WorkBridge is designed to automate the movement of project data and workflows across leading AEC platforms. This new integration builds on the platform’s existing Autodesk Construction Cloud®, Procore & Microsoft 365 integrations, further expanding how contractors can connect best-in-class systems across the project lifecycle.
“Preconstruction teams shouldn’t have to choose between best-in-class tools or rely on manual workarounds to connect them,” said Joe Giegerich, CEO at ProjectReady. “By enabling a direct flow from HCSS estimates into BuildingConnected bids, we’re helping contractors—especially in heavy civil—move faster, reduce risk, and maintain data integrity as projects take shape.”
“Manual migration of project data is often tedious, time-consuming, and error-prone,” said James Cook, director, industry & technology partnerships at Autodesk. “ProjectReady’s new integration connecting HCSS estimates to BuildingConnected bids enables project teams to transition from estimates to bids with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.”
Designed for Modern Construction Workflows
As construction organizations increasingly adopt specialized platforms, seamless cross-platform data integration is essential. The BuildingConnected–HCSS integration extends WorkBridge’s role in bridging construction workflows, helping contractors improve efficiency and reduce risk while continuing to use the tools their teams already trust.
