ProjectReady Expands WorkBridge Bluebeam Integration to Procore
PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Project teams can now bring Procore documents and drawings directly into Bluebeam and then send them back to Procore automatically, with no downloads, no re-uploads, and a full audit trail
White Plains, NY — August 2026 – ProjectReady, a leading provider of collaborative project information management software for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) industry, today announced that its WorkBridge Bluebeam integration now supports Procore.
Building on the current Bluebeam + Autodesk integration, WorkBridge now lets Procore project teams send documents and drawings into Bluebeam sessions directly. Once the review is done, marked-up files automatically return to their exact Procore location or transfer to connected platforms.
Bringing Procore content into Bluebeam has typically meant downloading files, uploading them into a session, and moving marked-up files back by hand. Each handoff adds time and opens the door to misplaced files and undocumented reviews. With WorkBridge, teams select documents or drawings from their Procore project, and WorkBridge creates and loads the Bluebeam session automatically. Once an authorized user finalizes the session, marked-up files go back to Procore or on to connected platforms such as Autodesk Forma and SharePoint.
The integration enables Procore project teams to:
- Send Procore documents and drawings into Bluebeam sessions directly from WorkBridge
- Review and mark up in Bluebeam exactly as they do today, with no changes to existing workflows or permissions.
- Return marked-up files to their exact Procore location or transfer them to connected platforms automatically
- Maintain a complete, timestamped audit trail for each session, from document send to file delivery
“Bluebeam is where project teams do some of their most important review work, but getting files in and out of a session has meant a lot of manual handling. With WorkBridge, Procore teams go straight from their documents and drawings to a Bluebeam session. When the review is done, marked-up files land back in Procore or on connected platforms automatically, with a full record of each step.”
The Procore + Bluebeam integration is available now for WorkBridge customers.
