The integration enables Autodesk Forma project teams to launch Bluebeam Studio sessions directly from WorkBridge — eliminating the manual process of downloading, compiling, and uploading files before every review, and automatically returning marked-up files to their exact Forma location when the session ends.
Getting Autodesk Forma documents into a Bluebeam review has always meant a manual, multi-step process that introduces risk at every handoff. Teams are required to individually download files from Forma, compile them, upload them into Bluebeam, and then manually return marked-up files to the correct Forma location when the session ends. Too many steps, too much time, and too much unnecessary risk.
WorkBridge’s Bluebeam integration changes that entirely. Project teams can now select documents from their Autodesk Forma project directly in WorkBridge — and WorkBridge creates and loads the Bluebeam session automatically. When the review is complete, an authorized user finalizes the session in WorkBridge and all marked-up files are returned to their exact Forma location automatically. No exports. No re-uploads. No manual file management. And every session is automatically logged with a complete timestamp audit trail — capturing when documents were sent, when the session was opened, when it was finalized, and when files were returned.
